A  Sad Goodbye

 

I miss the times we’re together

When everything seems like forever

I can’t help but remember as you look at me

You make me feel better

 

Times are running fast

It’s getting deeper and deeper

And we both know, it’s not gonna last

Still we hold on to each other

 

But things are getting clearer

And we have to put an end

The truth must take over

Broken hearts we cannot mend

 

If you only knew how I want to hold you

But choose to remain distant

For I know it would be better to give my sad goodbye

And let you live with your true forever
